Entertainment Update: 3H5G, I Am a Singer 4 and Many BTS

Wow, what a crazy week-end: the elections in Taiwan and the end of two of the dramas I was following (Go Princess Go and Reply 1988). The Chinese entertainment world just never sleep so here is another round of update. With the release of a lot of dramas in the next few weeks, there are also a lot of stills released from all projects in the entertainment world (as always). 

First, two exciting stills/BTS released!! Blue definitely looks good on male actors ^^ New still of Li Yifeng and Qin Chunjie in Zhu Xian makes me EXTREMELY happy:

Second, we have Ma Ke looking as gorgeous as ever on the set of Si Mei Ren Song of Phoenix. *_* Jiejie, why are you so pretty?

Legend of Ruyi starring Zhou Xun released some pictures. She is adorable. I can already see her talent overflow from those stills keke

Yumama at work again… He stated on his weibo that the cast for Beauty for Filling is not set yet (although it was earlier stated this week it was supposed to have Yang Rong as lead). He is also working on a second project called Half Demon Allure and is happily putting teasers out. The face of the newcommer is revealed, but not her name…

Drama Three Heroes and Five Gallants with Chen Xiao, Zheng Shuang and Yan Kuan released an MV ending song and there are a lot of acting scenes! Maybe this one will give you back some hope on this drama. I definitely find the MV more watchable than the stills 😛

Final character stills for Legend of Zu starring Zhao Liying, William Chan and Nicky Wu as it was released on January 16th.

Zhao Liying recently attended the 《2015星APP之夜》 2015 Star App Night hosted by the Tencent News App as honorable guest. There she won the “2015年度最具人气女演员” award aka 2015 Most Popular Actress. Our girl looks as pretty as ever!

Wallace Huo‘s movie Inside or Outside released more stills starring the male lead!

Run for Love had a short press conference with Zhou Dongyu where they announced the release date to be February 14th, 2016 (Valentine’s Day!).

Second season of 《带着爸妈去旅行》Travelling with My Parents (? not the official English name of the show…) will start airing on January 17th. The celebrity cast includes Liu Yan, Xie Yilin, Yang Zhigang, Sun Jian and Yin Xiaotian.

Popular Chinese variety show 非诚勿扰 You Are the One will change name to 缘来非诚勿扰 (the added two characters 缘来 can be translated to so actually).No other changes will be made to the format of the program.

Gossip thoughts:

• Wallace Huo came on the show 《鲁豫有约》and had a special video cameo of Hu Ge. In his video, Hu Ge says he is expecting to see, in five years, what they relationship will be! xD See video here. Dude, what about your girlfriend? xD

• The producers of Hua Qian Gu came together to receive an award at the 2015 Conference on Big Data Index of Culture and Entertainment Industry. Good for them! Other winners of the night includes the Disguiser and Nirvana in Fire. The producers of HQG also stated in the interview that, due to the high ratings and the love it received, they intend to film HQG 2 and 3. What? Well, it is a good idea since it will definitely receive attention, but can they cast the original actors? I doubt. Plus, the story is at a dead end with pretty much everyone dead…
• 

Now, up for some bad and sad news over Chinese Saesangs (fans who are so obsessed with their idols they know no privacy limit). Boyband M.I.C‘s member Zhao YongXin‘s saesang intruded his house. She was caught on camera and they alerted the police over the matter. When the police arrived, she hid in the bath tub where she committed suicide. I do feel sad for her (maybe it was the shame of being discovered that caused her to do the unforgiveble?), but I also feel sad for Zhao Yongxin to have a death case in his own house when he didn’t do anything wrong. Sad sad. I can’t really put myself in the mentallity of saesang fans, but I hope this phenomen will stop. RIP.
